our capabilities in offshore terrain to meet up with the new challenges
of Integrated Pipeline Repair Programme. Oilserv always strives to perform

installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Cathodic Protection
OILSERV carries out design and Installation of cathodic protection facilities as an integral part of our scope of activities. Cathodic protection of pipelines is very vital to the pipeline integrity maintenance. We design, construct/install and commission cathodic protection projects.
De-oiling/De-Watering
As part of our services OILSERV undertakes de-oiling and de-watering of oil and gas pipelines respectively. We use foam pigs, chemical/gels and anti corrosion fluids in the course of de-watering. Our state-of-the-art HT400 triplex pumps come in handy. We also deploy high capacity air compressors to de-water the line. Nitrogen injection into the gas lines is part of the pre-commissioning process.
Manifold Construction/Installation
We have executed manifold construction/installation projects in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. A typical example is the 36-inch TNP Manifold at Ogale, Eleme, Rivers State which falls within the Ogoni area of SHELL operations.
Pipeline/Flowline Welding/Laying
Oilserv welds
and lays pipelines/flow lines from 2-inch to 48-inch diameter lines. We
carry out these on land and swamp. We have specialized equipment to handle
road crossing (thrust boring) and built-up areas as well.
Welding and Fabrication
Our Extensive experience and capability in welding and fabrication is unequalled. We undertake fabrication of platforms, barges, fitting, etc. We conform to ASME B31.4 code.
Leak Repairs/Clamping
We have specialty in pipeline/flowline leak repairs (including leak clamping) on land, swamp and river crossings. We use specialized equipment (e.g. cold cutters, etc.) to offer quick and adequate response to our clients’ needs in this area. At the same time we help curtail associated environmental hazards and pollution by our quick response. Our ability to communicate with the impacted community using our tested methods has given us unequalled results in this area of work in the Niger Delta of Nigeria.
